Is it worth it to file a claim for hail damage done to my car?

I have a 04 grand prix with high mileage 110,000. I also have GAP insurance, but not sure if I should file a claim with State Farm, or not.

I have alot of dings on my hood, and some on my top and sides, pretty much all over. I realy dont know how much it will cost to repair, but I do know that I have a 500.00 deductible, so I do not want to go if it is going to cost 750.00 to fix or something like that.
